1/2 C. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
3 pints blueberries

1 1/2 C. flour
3 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 T. cold butter sliced into 1/2" slices
3/4 C. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
1) mix sugar, cornstarch and blueberries and bring to a boil on top of the stove, then set aside.
2) mix the dry ingredients with butter cut into it with buttermilk.
3)pour berries into a 2 qt. casserole, top with biscuit topping and bake 30 minutes. If it is getting too brown cover with foil after 15 min.

Bake at 400º for 30 min.
