10 potatoes sliced or cut up the way you like them
2 cans cream of potato soup (sieve out the potato pieces)
2 cans cream onion soup
2 cans cream celery soup
2 cans evaporated milk
1 stick butter
2% milk
1 finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven on top of the stove mix soups, evaporated milk and onion until blended and hot. Add potatoes, butter and add milk until the consistency looks good. Do not boil but bring to that temp. Then put in 2 casserole dishes and bake in 350º oven for 1 1/2 hours.
