Fresh spring asparagus - med. to large stalks (not thin)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse asparagus and break off tough bottom inch or so of the stalk.
Spread spears on a roasting pan.
Drizzle olive oil over and roll spears so they are coated in oil.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
Roast in preheated 425º oven for 10-12 minutes.
