2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Icing
1 box confectioners sugar
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and oil until blended. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add sifted flour into sugar and oil mixture, add carrots, and pecans. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 inch pans for 45 minutes.

Icing:
Combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread and serve.
