4 large cucumbers (pared)
1 green chili (seeded)
4-5 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 cans beef bouillon (undiluted)
2 large cans tomatoes
3 stalks celery
1 large onion
3 big glugs Lea & Perrins
2 shots tobasco
1 t. salt
1/2 c olive oil (optional)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lime juice
1 c. V-8

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer garlic and Lea & Perrins with bouillon approx. 10 min. and allow to cool. Blend cukes, chili, tomatoes and onion. Combine with bouillon mixture. Add V-8 to right consistency. Add remaining ingredients. Prepare and let flavors blend overnight.
