2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonaise
1 small onion(optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain well. Combine soup, cheese, beaten eggs, and mayonaise; this makes the sauce. Combine broccoli with the sauce. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Combine the stuffing mix and melted margarine. Bake in 400 degrees oven about 20 to 25 minutes. Do not add the herb seasoned stuffing mix until ready to bake.
