2 T melted butter
2 T water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1 grated lemon rind
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place in unbaked pie shell. Cook in preheated oven at 450 until center is firm and pie has brown topping.
