3 c Chopped Artichoke Hearts
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 c. Toasted Herb Bread Crumbs
3 eggs
1 c. Chopped Fresh Basil
Salt
White Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Whip Cream Cheese in mixer, add Artichoke Hearts, Parmesan, Crumbs, Basil, Salt and Pepper. Add eggs one at a time. Pour into lined mold and bake in water bath 30 - 45 minutes at 350. Cool before unloading and cutting.
Serve with Bruschetta [easy bruschetta:
slice Baguette diagonally; mix 4T olive oil w/ salt & pepper; brush on bread and toast. Add crushed garlic if you like.]
