1 pkg. Hungry Jack Butterflake Biscuits
4 oz small cooked shrimp
1 egg
1/2 c. half and half
2 T. finely minced green onion
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. dill weed
1/8 t. cayenne (or more to taste)
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Generously spray 3 small/mini muffin pans with Pam. Separate biscuits into 3 pieces by pulling layers apart. Press gently into muffin cup for crust. Divide shrimp between muffin cups. Beat egg, half and half, onion, salt, dill weed and cayenne together. Using about 1 spoon of batter divide between muffin cups, top with a pinch of grated cheese. Bake at 375 about 20 min. After removing from oven let rest about 5 min. Serve warm.
These quiches can be frozen and reheated at 375 for about 15 min.
