Two pounds of tenderized venison steak
Dale's Steak Seasoning - reduced sodium
Italian dressing
6 oz. Cream cheese
One bell pepper finely diced
Bacon
Carolina Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate venison in equal parts Dale's and Italian dressing
Spread cream cheese on strips of venison
Sprinkle bell pepper on cream cheese
Roll up strip of venison and wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon held with toothpick
Season with Carolina seasoning or seasoning of your choice
Place on smoker that is already up to temp and producing smoke
Smoke at 220 º until done
