Directions: |
Directions:1. Make space in your refrigerator for a cookie sheet or two. Then prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Melt the White Chocolate (I prefer the chips) I also use the microwave at 30 second intervals, stir, then check for a smooth consistency. (Do not over heat the white chocolate... it'll start to separate and harden if you do)
3. On your prepared cookie sheet, spoon a little bit of melted chocolate into the shape of an egg white. WORK FAST!
4. After each individual egg white has been placed, immediately press 2 pretzel sticks and an egg yolk into the chocolate.
5. Follow steps 3 & 4 until you run out of room on your cookie sheet, or need to melt more white chocolate.
6. Refrigerate until cool |

Notes: * I LOVE making these with the kids every holiday season! This was one of my favorite things to make when we were growing up. I remember Mom saw it on an episode of, Oprah, and it was so fun and easy to make! She taught us about "double boiling," and what it does. I clearly remember Alex standing on a chair at the stove while Mom said, "Stir, stir, stir! Don't touch the bowl, it's hot!"
