1 can peaches,drained and cut into bite size pieces
1 can pears,drained and cut into bite size pieces
1 can pin
1 can pineapple chunks,drained
1 can apricots,drained and cut into bite size pieces
1 jar maraschino cherries,drained
2 oranges,peeled and cut into small pieces
1/4 cup sugar (may substitute splenda)
1/4 cup vinegar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 pint whipping cream,whipped ( may substitute light or sugar free whipped topping)
1 pkg. miniature marshmellows,white or colored

Directions:
If preparing this salad for diabetics,be sure to used canned fruits prepared in their own juices.
In a large bowl,mix peaches,pears,pineapple,apricots,cherries, and oranges; set aside. In a sauce pan,mix sugar,vinegar, and eggs. Beat all together. Cook over low heat until thick. Add the butter. Cool. When cool,add the whipped cream and marshmallows and pour over the fruit..Refrigerate over night. Great for Easter.
