1/3 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 t. vanilla extract
2 c. cooked, mashed squash

TOPPING
1/2c. crisp rice cereal
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 T butter, melted

Do not double recipe.

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in squash (mixture will be very thin).
Pour into a greased 11X7X2 baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes or until almost set
Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over casserole. Return to oven for 5-10
minutes.
