1 small head of cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c of rice
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c of water
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage and place in the bottom of a baking dish. Brown meat and onion. Stir in rice. Layer on top of cabbage. Mix soup and water and pour over entire casserole. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 1/2 hours or until cabbage is done. Mix entire contents thoroughly and cover the casserole. Heat for another 10 minutes. Serve.
