1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup sugar
6-1/2 whole graham crackers, crushed
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Topping:
1 stick margarine
1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix your crust of flour, margarine and sugar. Put into a 9 X 13 pan and bake at 350º for 5-10 minutes. In a different bowl mix the graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, Eagle Brand milk, chocolate chips and your optional nuts. Put on top of crust and bake at 325º for an additional 20-25 minutes. Cool.

Add topping of margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat 10 minutes or until smooth. Frost when bars are cool.
