2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 packages of taco seasoning mix (I make my own with approximately 3 - 4 T chili powder, 2-3 T cumin & 1-2 tsp salt)
2 (16oz) cans of diced tomatoes, drained
2 (8oz) cans of tomato sauce
1 (4oz) can of chopped green chilies
2 c sour cream
4 c grated cheddar cheese
1 (4oz) can of sliced black olives
12-15 corn tortillas
garnish with chopped lettuce, salsa, guacamole, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet or dutch oven, brown beef & onion, drain.
Mix the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, & green chilies into the meat.
Simmer for 15 min.
Spread 1 c of meat mixture evenly on the bottom of a greased 9x13.
Place 4-6 tortillas over the meat, overlapping them slightly.
Pour 1/2 of the remaining meat over the tortillas & spread
Layer 1/2 of the sour cream & 1/2 of the cheese on meat
Place another layer of tortillas on top
Top with the remaining meat, sour cream, all of the olives & cheese
Spread evenly
Bake uncovered about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven
