6oz can pineapple juice
1/2 c sugar
2 T vinegar
1 T cornstarch or flour
1 egg
4 large granny smith apples
8oz Cool Whip
2 c salted peanuts
Caramel Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan heat pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar, and cornstarch. Stir regularly until sauce starts to thicken. Remove from heat and cool.

Meanwhile cut up the apples (do not peel them) into bite sized pieces. Once sauce has cooled, add the egg and mix well.

Pour sauce into large bowl, add Cool Whip and blend. Add apples and peanuts. Serve with Caramel sauce drizzled on top.
