1 1/2-2 lbs. steak (sirloin or round), cubed
2 T. butter
1 onion (chopped)
2 T. molasses
5 T. soy sauce
salt and pepper
mixed vegetables (frozen bag works, or sliced fresh asparagus, broccoli, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak pieces in butter with onion. Add water to cover, simmer for 30 minutes. Add molasses, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and veggies. Simmer 20-45 minutes to desired tenderness. Serve over rice.
