Ingredients:  
2 pound bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 T. celery flakes
2 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 cup dry onion or 1 fresh chopped large onion
Garlic, salt, pepper
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 cans milk
6 - 8 strips of crisp fried bacon (chopped fine)
Optional:
1 stick butter
2 cups cut up ham

Directions:
Directions:
Boil hash browns in 4 cups of salted water
Add bouillon cubes, celery flakes, celery seed and onions
Boil until tender
In another large pan mix soup and milk, heat slowly, stir until smooth
Add cooked potatoes, bacon, ham, butter and garlic, salt and pepper to tastes

I like to sprinkle shredded cheese over when served
