1 lb. sirloin strips
4 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
4 T. butter
4 oz. mushrooms
1/2 c. onion
1 clove garlic
1 T. tomato paste
1-1/4 c. beef broth
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Roll steak strips in 1 T. flour and salt. Melt 2 T. butter in skillet and brown meat on both sides. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic and cook until onion is tender. Remove meat mixture and melt 2 T. of butter. Blend in 3 T. flour to form a soft ball. Add tomato paste and beef broth, cook until thickened and bubbly. Return meat mixture to skillet and stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
