2 lbs Flour
1 lb Spry (Crisco Solid Shortening)
2 1/2 tbsp baking powder
6 eggs
3/4 lb sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
3/4 tsp cinnamon

EGG WASH
1 egg
1 tbsp water
Directions:
Directions:
1. mix together the flour, shortening and baking powder

2. make a "well" and add the remaining ingredients

3. work all the ingredients together

4. for each cookie, use a rounded tablespoon and form in S shapes

5. Glaze each cookie with egg wash made of 1 beaten egg and 1 tbsp of water

6. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
