Ingredients:
1 pkg. orange cake mix
1 tsp. orange extract
1 container orange icing (if unavailable use white)
1/4 cup coconut, chopped (optional)
Zest of one orange
1 lb. chocolate flavored bark

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix adding orange extract and bake according to directions on box. Let cool completely. (I often bake my cake the night before.) Crumble cake into large bowl, add zest, coconut and icing. Do not add all the icing at once, some cakes are lighter and do not require as much to make the balls. Make balls using teaspoon, usually a heaping teaspoonful works well. Put balls in refrigerator while melting bark in top of double boiler. Dip balls and set on waxed paper to set up.
