Ingredients:
1 pkg. coconut cake mix -- if you cannot find a coconut cake mix, use white cake mix and add 1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring.
1 container white icing
1/2 cup coconut, chopped
1 lb. pkg. chocolate flavored bark

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to directions on box. Let cool completely. (I often make my cake the night before.) Crumble cake into large bowl, add coconut and icing - do not add all the icing at once as some cakes are lighter and don't need as much to make the balls. Mix thoroughly. Put balls in refrigerator while melting the bark in the top of a double boiler. Dip balls and put on waxed paper to set up.
