16 slices white toasting bread
½ pound crab meat
3 cups milk
5 eggs
8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bread crusts and butter 8 slices of bread and place butter side down in 9” x 13” pan. Sprinkle crabmeat over bread. Lay on cheese slices. Place on 8 slices of buttered bread, buttered side up. Mix eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over bread and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let stand in refrigerator overnight, covered. Bake 350°, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
