2 cups shrimp, cooked & peeled
10 slices white bread, cubed
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp white pepper
½ tsp mustard powder
¼ tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 eggs
2 ½ cups milk

Directions:

Melt butter in a 9” x 13” pan. Cook garlic in it for a few minutes. Put ½ bread cubes in and toss. Top with main ingredient and then cheese, then rest of bread cubes. Mix milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and eggs. Pour over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and let set overnight. Cook at 325° degrees, until browned. Let stand 10 minutes and serve. Ham, bacon, sausage or raw vegetables (broccoli, peppers, mushrooms and onions) can be substituted for shrimp.
