8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. light mayonnaise, sour cream, or plain yogurt
½ c. fat-free milk
2 T. chopped fresh dill or 1 t. dried dill
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
¼ t. garlic salt or 1 clove minced garlic
¾ lb. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
6 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease Pyrex or other bakeware.
Combine cream cheese, mayo, milk, dill, Worcestershire, garlic salt, pepper. Fold in crabmeat. Spoon evenly into prepared baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 350 until lightly browned, 25-30 min.
Serve with sliced raw veggies, crackers, chips…
