1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp dry yeast
8-9 cups flour (I mix with 1 or 2 cups of multigrain flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and salt in large bowl. Add lukewarm water. Stir to dissolve sugar and salt. Sprinkle with yeast. Add flour and knead. Let rise about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and let rise 10 minutes. Form into buns (Makes two cookie sheets with about 18 buns per sheet). Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
