About 2/3 c of mayonaise
2 cloves garlic finely minced
2 tbsp. of finely chopped chives
1 tsp dijon mustard
lemon pepper or 1 tsp of lemon juice and zest
dash of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chili sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for a while and serve with crab cakes or fish.
