Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach(Birds Eye)
1 package dry, Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
1 small can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 16 oz. container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Be sure the spinach is thawed and well drained. I take it out either the night before or first thing in the morning, put it in a large tea strainer or colander, and leave it, squeeze as much water out of it as I can, several times. When the spinach is almost dry, and you have as much water squeezed out as possible, then start mixing your other ingredients.

Mix(you don't need a mixer) the dry dip mix into the sour cream, thoroughly. Add the other ingredients, except spinach, and mix thoroughly. After all that is mixed well; stir in the spinach until it is distributed throughout. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
