Classic Cookie Dough Recipe
1/4 C Cocoa
Flour
1/4 C Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 C Icing Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Pure Vanilla
1/2 tsp Mint Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix classic cookie dough recipe with cocoa and flour. Follow classic cookie dough recipe, cutting into 1x2" bars. Melt 1/4 C chocolate chips in a small microwavable bowl on high for 1 min, then whisk until smooth. Let cool to room temp. Using mixer, beat together icing sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, and mint extract until smooth and creamy, about 2 min. Add chocolate and beat until fluffy, about 2 mins. Spread or pipe onto cookies and let set before serving.
