Classic Cookie Dough Recipe
1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground

Mix classic cookie dough recipe with cinnamon and flour. Shape 1 tbsp pieces of dough into balls, gently press one side of the balls into 1/2 C peeled and firmly chopped hazelnuts and place on prepared baking sheet, nut side up. Using thumb, press an indentation in centre of each cookie. Chill on baking sheet in fridge, about 30 mins. Bake classic cookie dough recipe as per directions but, bake until cookies are set and hazelnuts are slightly browned, about 18 mins. Decorate cookies while still warm, fill each centre with 1/2 tsp Jam.
