2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Beat eggs with a fork, stir in oil, vanilla and lemon juice. Blend in sugar until mixture thickens. Blend flour, baking powder and salt. Drop by the teaspoon 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
