1 c. Shortening or 3/4 c. Butter or Oleo
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 c. Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs beat well, combine flour, baking soda, and salt add to creamed mix and blend then add chocolate chips. Drop tsp. size balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375º, Cool slightly before removing from sheet.
