I first met Ann and Don in November 1980 just before Stan and I got married. We visited them in Towanda and Mom made tapioca pudding. I had never had that and Stan was excited to have it. My better food recollections are of Denver biscuits with ham salad. Now, this is not the normal ham salad we had in NC, but a version loved by all the rest of the family; bologna. No way is that ham or taste like ham!! And then to eat them on our caravan trip to the 1985 reunion in Ft Collins every county seat we stopped at for some reason! That was my first reunion to meet all the extended family.
