1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup sifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp melted shortening
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs and milk, then add dry ingredients. Stir in shortening and pour into greased baking dish, preferable a cast iron skillet. Bake 25 minutes at 450 deg.
