½ cup margarine
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. vanilla
1¼ cup flour
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
12 0z of miniature peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and place in ungreased mini muffin tins. Bake in preheated 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie, until only the top shows. Cool 15-20 minutes then remove from tin. Makes about 40.
