3 c cottage cheese, small curd well drained
1/2 cup half and half
4 eggs well beaten
3/4 c sugar
1/2 t vanilla and 1/2 t almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well, add cottage cheese and mix well. Next add sugar and half and half. Stir in almond or vanilla extract. Bake in a casserole in a pan of hot water at 375º for one hr. it should be light brown on top and brown around the edges and fairly firm when a knife is inserted in the middle. Serve with strawberries.
