Place lutefisk in a 9x13 pan or baking dish. Cover lutefisk in pan with 1/2 water. Put Saran Wrap over pan. Set microwave at 6 min. full power. Test at 3 min to see if flaky. This will tell if fish is cooking. Fish could flake when pierced with a fork.

Remove fish from water carefully. Place on a platter to serve. White sauce or melted butter may be used on fish also
salt and pepper.
