1 c shortening (crisco)
3 c buttermilk or sour milk
1 cup oatmeal
3 cups graham flour
2 t baking powder added to the flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2 t soda
1 c All bran cereal
1 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out on well floured surface. Roll as thin as possible, using notched rolling pin or prick many homes with a fork. Bake on cookie sheets at 350º
for 10 to 12 min until light brown. May need to turn if bottom is not getting
brown or is getting too brown.
