3 c potato water
1 pkg yeast to 1/2 c warm water
Flour to make a soft dough
Combine and let rise overnight in a warm place. The next morning add:
1 cup shortening, melted
1 egg
1/2 cup sweet cream with 2 T sour cream
dash salt
corn flour for rolling out

let rise. Shape into several balls. Roll out very thin with a notched rolling
pin or pierce with fork every so often. Use a corn meal or corn flour to roll the dough in. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375º , turning the bread so it will brown on both sides.
