12 medium potatoes
8 0z. pk. colby/monteray jack cheese
9 green onions chopped fine
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 recipe of any dumpling mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. parsley
4 chicken buillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatpoe into medium slices.
cook in water till done
Place soup in pan and add 1 1/3 cans of milk. Heat until boiling. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add onions.
For dumplings:make as directed except add bouillion cubes to liquid for the recipe. Add parsley to the dumpling mix.
Place potatoes in casserole dish then add 1/2 of soup mixture on top of the potatoes. Place dumplings on next. Then add rest of soup mixture. For garnish you can add a little more shredded cheese to top.
Bake for 20 min. or until warm all the way through.
