2 pkg Knox gelatin (substituted for original protein source)
1 c heavy cream
2 c buttermilk
3 T sugar
3 T almonds chopped
1/2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Soften and dissolved Knox as directed on pkg.
Whip cream stiff and add to buttermilk, sugar almonds, vanilla and gelatin mix. Pour into a lightly greased jells mold. Chill and serve with Red Sauce.
Red Sauce: 1 pt of raspberry juice Mixed with water to desired flavor. Blend 1 T cornstarch with cold juice and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and serve warm on Fromage.
