½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup coconut
2-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and cream and beat 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Drop portions from end of spoon onto greased baking sheets. Flatten well. Bake 12 minutes in moderate oven.
