3/4 c shortening as crisco.
1 c sugar
1 egg, creamed with above.
4 T molasses, 1 t each cinnamon, gloves, and ginger
pinch of salt
1 t vanilla
2 T soda
2 c flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Add spices to creamed shortening, sugar and egg mix. Then add soda and flour. When mixed roll into small balls and dip top in sugar. Bake in 350º oven. Recipe gives no time so watch closely.
