Directions:
Heat water and margarine till melted. Add milk and potato buds. Mix with mixer. Refrigerate overnight. The next morning divide into thirds. Add 1/2 cup flour to each third. Roll into balls. Roll out very thin, Can use a lefse
rolling pin. Fry on a lefse grill or no stick electric frying pan. They do not get very dark- stay white except for the bubbles. Can use a non stick spatula
to remove the lefse and turn over. Also can use a wooden lefse stick.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
A real treat and having the lefse rolling pin with ridges and the long wooden turner makes it fun to make. Was the main bread in the "old"
country, but now only at Christmas.
