1/2 cup tapioca
2 1/2 c water
1/2 t salt
1 t vinegar (more of needed)
1 c sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1 c raisins
1 can purple plums
1 c chopped apples
1 c grape juice
1 c pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Add tapioca to boiling water. Stir frequently, add rest of ingredients-except grape juice. Boil till tender, then add grape juice.
May use a crockpot. Serve with rusks, hot . Or if served cold as a cold soup, garnish with whipped cream.
