1 box spice cake mix

Eggs (as many as the cake mix calls for)

1 single serve cup applesauce

1 – 15 oz can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

¼ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into prepared 13x9 cake pan. Bake as directed on cake mix box.

When cooled, frost with cream cheese icing.

My sister Pat gave me this recipe. Because there is no oil in this cake, it is relatively low fat.
