- 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, reduced fat
- 2 tablespoons Vidalia onion salad dressing
- 1/2 cup fresh broccoli , finely chopped
- 1/4 cup carrot, finely chopped or grated
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 4 8 inch whole wheat tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, beat cream cheese and salad dressing until well blended. Stir in broccoli, carrots, onion and dill weed. Spread over tortillas. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Unwrap; cut each into pieces.

NOTES:

I grated the carrots as in original recipe.

1 piece=40 calories when cut into 8 pieces per tortilla.
