Ingredients:  
3 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
Dash of pepper
4 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with ribs and leave sit in fridge overnight to marinate.

Lightly dust ribs in mixture of 1/4 cup corn starch and 1/4 cup flour. Bake in oven on cookiesheet until brown and crispy.
