1-2 lbs ground meat
1/2 onion chopped
1 or 2 stalks of celery, chopped
about 4-5 carrots, chopped
peas or green beans
3 or 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
canned or frozen corn
other veggies as available
1 can chopped tomatoes
1-2 cans tomato sauce
garlic powder
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and add onions and celery to soften. Add other vegetables, seasonings and water to cover. Bring to boil for 20 to 30 minutes while veggies soften. Add tomatoes. Cook 10-15 more minutes and serve with corn bread.
